Groove Juice Swing was formed in 2004 by six of Rochester's top swing dancers in an effort to share their love of Lindy Hop, the original jazz swing dance. Since 1998, its members have traveled nationally and internationally for instruction, competition and social dance events while remaining very active in the wonderful Rochester swing dance scene. They have a combined 40+ years of swing dance experience and incorporate a unique blend of technique, style and humor into their classes.
